Meet our new CEO
Thomas L. Moore
Tom brings 35+ years of business development experience, including executive management, engineering and project management to the team. Prior to joining the startup team at ATL, he has spent the past 20 years developing technologies and building businesses focused on alternative energy. He is the founder and has held senior management positions in three start-up energy service organizations focused on Biogas–to–Energy and Combined Heat and Power; CHP Clean Energy, LLC, BioSpark, LLC and California Power Partners, Inc. His experience ranges from development of large capacity power plants to the development and patenting of new technologies within the biogas-to-energy space. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Tom was on the executive management team in the New Venture Development Group at The Williams Company. As Business Development Manager for Williams Distributed Power Services his responsibilities included the cultivation of key marketing relationships with developers of new energy products and services as well as the recruitment of Value-Added Resellers for Williams Distributed Generation technology offerings.
Prior to his time in the New Venture Development Group, he was Sr. Energy Consultant at EnergyVision, also a Williams company, where he was responsible for the management activities for the Energy Services Group. Under Tom’s leadership, this group grew from start-up to $5 million in project revenues in less than two years.
Tom held a management / equity position in a mechanical contracting company and spent five years on staff at MIT as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer in the early days of his career. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is nationally recognized by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager.

Eamon Travers
Eamon came to the Massachusetts cannabis sector in December 2015 when he joined CDX Analytics as VP of Business Development, where with the help of a highly qualified team, guided its establishment and growth, steering it through the regulatory process to become the largest ITL in the Commonwealth.
Eamon now leads the sales team at Assured Testing Laboratories, LLC and aims to grow the lab to become the leading Independent Testing Laboratory in Massachusetts. He is point of contact for all new customers and, with the help of a great team, is committed to offering the best value, the most accurate results and the highest levels of customer service possible to clients of Assured Testing Laboratories.
Eamon brings a unique set of skills and an entrepreneurial drive to the U.S. cannabis testing market. Having moved from Ireland to the US in late 2015, he brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the food industry, 5 years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology sales experience, and 6 years as owner/operator of Ireland’s largest hydroponic lettuce farm.
